I received mail via Canada Post for domain renewal. Is it real?

No! You will never receive postal mail from us to renew your domain name. In fact even if your domain name is not registered with Infologistix you should never respond to postal mail “domain expiry notifications”.

The practice of sending domain renewal requests via postal mail is often an attempt at “domain slamming”. Less than scrupulous domain registrars will harvest public records of your domain registration and send out fake renewals in the hope of stealing your business.

Customers who use Infologistix for their domain registrations enjoy “Guaranteed Integrity” domain registration. Your domain is always yours, and we guarantee you will never lose it. If you’re not sure your domain is with us ask and we’ll tell you who your domain is with.
